Shipping Information

We aim to deliver any semi customised stationery goods to the UK within 7-14 days of you placing your order

(this excludes public holidays and is dependent on how quickly you approve digital proofs for print.)

Bespoke stationery work delivery estimates can be only be worked out from client to client. 

​

Standard items have a UK delivery cost of £4.99, this cost ensures your items come well packaged and secure to avoid any damage. International shipping costs £15.00 for the same reason stated. 

​

Larger quantities of any items that are enquired about outside of the website will incur different costs taking into consideration weight and size.

All orders are sent tracked and signed for.

Return & Refund Policy

As all orders are bespoke and personalised to your desire, returns and exchanges can not be accepted. Refunds will be honoured in exceptional circumstances, however this has to be before any printing has begun. Once you have approved a design, printing will begin and I will have to cover printing and material costs for what is wasted.

If changes need to be made then please contact us ASAP, our emails are always open and will be checked regularly. 

​

If work has already been approved and changes are needed to be made after, then extra costs for reprints and new materials will have to be covered by you. 

Customisation Information

When purchasing pre made templates from my shop there are options of inputting your own information. Please follow the shop listing to specify, colours, quantities and fill out the 'Details' box with all information you would like on the invite or menu etc. in the way you would like it to be read. I am not responsible for coming up with different wordings for you and feel free to use the wording provided in the listing example.

If there are any specifics, or other information I need to know before designing please follow up your order with an email to hello@stephanie-grace.co.uk including YOUR NAME, ORDER NUMBER & EXTRA CUSTOMISATION INFO. All information should be typed as intended to be read on the paper goods. I will send a digital proof of your customisation before printing begins which you will need to approve. 

If on the rare occasion that all your information doesn't fit in the box either fill out the rest in the notes section of your order or follow up with an email as stated above. 

Please adhere to my customisation policy to keep the project running and to not cause delays.

Once I send out digital proofs of your semi custom products, I need clear confirmation that the final design is correct before printing if this isn't confirmed within the 7 day period your order will be cancelled and refunded to you.

​

I have to keep to a timed schedule s orders don't build up and I can efficiently fulfil the design and

personalisation requests.
