FAQ
How much do you charge?
Bespoke work is quoted individually based upon your unique wants and needs. We have no flat rate or minimum spend on bespoke work as we will work to your budget and recommend price increases where necessary (usually on materials). An individual quote and contract will be sent to you once we've had an initial consultation.
How soon should I enquire?
The sooner the better! We would recommend getting in touch 10-12 weeks before you need the physical goods in your hands (keep this in mind when sending invitations). For weddings we highly suggest getting in touch with us up to a year in advance to make sure we can fit you into our bookings.
Do you work with international customers?
Of course! We are more than happy to work with anyone around the world. There are two things we ask international customers to consider before we begin working with you. One : Higher shipping rates will be added to your quotes and Two : If we are conversing with a significant time difference we ask you to be as prompt and active as possible when responding to emails regarding feedback and digital proofs.
Is there a minimum quantity?
Not at all! We can create for any scale of event.
Does bespoke work have to be intricate and expensive?
Not necessarily. Bespoke means the work is curated to your needs and preferences. If you like a minimalist approach then that is exactly what we'll strive to create. The cost is based on a few different factors e.g. intricacy, quantity, materials, embellishments all of which are covered in your quote price breakdown. You have complete control over materials and we will always show the best comparisons we have available to hopefully find something that fits within your budget.
Do you just produce bespoke invitations?
No we have a selection of ready made templates here. Templates are semi-customisable and have a quicker turn around time. You still get to approve the design before print but the only changes that can be made are to the text given and the colour options provided. Templates are available for Invitations, Save the Dates, RSVP cards & Menus and are generally more affordable than complete bespoke work.
Are you only available for wedding stationery?
No we can cover any event or milestone! Both bespoke and ready made can cover the main events, Weddings, Birthdays, Christenings, Baby Showers etc. If your event isn't covered in the Enquiry box pick 'Other' and tell us a little bit about your upcoming event. Bespoke stationery isn't just for weddings!
Are you available to work with venues?
We are available to work with venues! Send an email to hello@stephanie-grace.co.uk to chat about the opportunity for us to work with your events team. For one off occasions we are happy to work with your events team however it is subject to our availability and commitments we have with existing clients. For a more long standing arrangement please do email us and we'd be happy to work out a plan forward.

Are any of your products available for wholesale?
As the majority of our stationery is custom to the client, we only have our range of greeting cards, home decor prints and packs of curated wax seals up for order for wholesale.
